Aha!
I ’solved’ the dynamic curves problem by selectively presenting the correct parts to my tutor who said, i quote, ” I’m very impressed!” muahahahaha…
But of course… the structural system created is very cogent to our design. Aha!
AND, because I could guess what the tutor wanted… I packaged our work into a nice little booklet and discussed very logically how every thing fell in place… And even made a small study model of how the dynamic curves lays down on our roof and generated a structure that is parametrically modular (90% accurate though, HA!)
Instead of always attempting to try and cad everything, I sketched out whatever ideas we had… and he was bowled over…muahahahaahaha
So the moral of the story is… make the best of what little you have… no point cadding like crazy and having it changed again… ahhhh
And Design Review’s next thursday! Must work harder again… but now my motivation is bolstered.
N of course the hedonistic Mr. Aa rewarded himself with WHITE CASTLE and a trip to Blockbuster…
watched Casino Royale… nice… but almost slept through because it’s past my bed time…

I had the weirdest of dreams today.
I had originally wanted to wake up at 5 am to resolve my Maya dynamic curves problem. But when the alarm rang, as usual, in my zombified state, I woke up shut it and fell asleep again.
So during the 2nd phase of my sleep, I had the dream:
I was in school listening to yet another boring lecture. Then there was a break. The gal sitting next to me had a piece of paper regarding transferring of credits to Aa/Delft etc…famous european schools. I asked her about it, and apparently according to this strange hot babe, all this schools are affiliated to mine and it was really easy to transfer credits.
So we were talking and getting nice and friendly when she suddenly pressed her forehead against mine and said I was having a fever. And then it was really awkward because she was talking all the time with her forehead stuck like a point constraint in Maya. Then I realised that her lips were perilously close to my face and i started to freak out, which is weird, because it never crossed my mind that she could potentially be a concubine.
Nows, the funny part. Coz suddenly, *wham* the LT doors open and Hokkien Sao sprang out wearing those ancient kungfu costumes from the 1960s, u know like bright neon pink with the really funny hats (Shaw movie that kind). And then she started throwing out dragonball like powers at the gal and the gal flew to the stage and they started shooting powers at each other across the Lt.
THEN, I was like “Tamade” waste my time and i briskly walked to the library and continued my Maya work and then was stressing over the dynamic curves again until i woke up.
